Typical problems that are found in homes that a Home Performance Consultant can help diagnose and provide assistance for are:

Who We Are...
The Minnesota Building Performance Association (MBPA) is a non-profit organization with collaborative industry-wide members committed to promoting high quality, energy efficient home improvements on existing homes and efficient construction of new homes.
Members include Home Performance Consultants who are Certified Home Energy Raters qualified to perform Home Performance Testing and Home Energy Ratings. Associate Members include home builders, remodeling contractors, manufacturers of efficient energy building materials, mortgage companies and realtors interested in providing energy efficient housing.
We work together to help ensure your home is safe, healthy, comfortable and efficient.
MBPA is proud to be an Energy Star Partner through the Department of Energy (DOE) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
